Not legal advice

Novara Strategies LLC provides policy research, regulatory strategy, governance advisory, and related consulting services. Novara is not a law firm. Nothing on this website, in our publications, tools, or products, or in any engagement with Novara constitutes legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship. For matters requiring legal advice, please consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of novarastrategies.com, which is operated by Novara Strategies LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Novara,” “we,” or “us”). By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

No client relationship

Visiting this website, contacting us, signing up for updates, booking a call, or purchasing a product does not make you a client of Novara. A client relationship begins only when Novara and the client enter into a written engagement agreement. That agreement governs the engagement and controls over these terms.

Informational content

Content on this website, including articles, research, frameworks, and the Novara Briefing, is provided for general informational purposes. It reflects conditions at the time of publication, may not reflect later legal or regulatory developments, and is not a substitute for advice tailored to your organization.

Assessments, tools, and products

Self-assessments, templates, frameworks, and products such as the Novara Compliance Blueprint are educational resources. They do not certify compliance with any law, regulation, standard, or accreditation requirement, and they do not guarantee any regulatory, procurement, audit, or business outcome.

Nothing on this website constitutes medical or clinical advice or a certification of HIPAA compliance. References to healthcare privacy, security, or regulatory requirements are provided for informational and governance advisory purposes and are not legal advice.

Products are sold through Gumroad and are subject to Gumroad’s terms and to the refund terms stated on the product page.

All content on this website, including text, research, frameworks, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by Novara Strategies LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may view and download materials we make available, such as white papers, for your own internal, noncommercial use, provided you keep all attribution and notices intact. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or create derivative works from site content without our prior written permission.

No warranties

This website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novara and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from or related to your use of this website or reliance on its content.

Changes and general terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
