Riham Hashi is an Ivy League-trained legal and policy strategist dedicated to bridging the gap between innovation and governance. With deep expertise in regulatory strategy, Al policy, and data governance, she has worked across sectors-from early-stage startups to global advocacy groups, guiding leaders through the complexities of modern tech regulation and compliance.

Before founding Novara Strategies, Riham led work at the intersection of law, public policy, and advocacy, advising organizations on responsible growth, ethical design, and long-term resilience. Her approach is grounded in the belief that progress and accountability must go hand in hand.
